stand62 is a modular aluminum exhibit frame system built on the 62mm grid: a 62 × 62 mm welded profile with D30 holes at 62 mm centers, in frame sizes that are exact multiples of 62 mm. Designed around the 62mm grid standard used by exhibit builders across North America and Europe — sample testing recommended for mixing with existing inventory.
496 is 62 × 8. 992 is 62 × 16. 2480 is 62 × 40. Standard frame sizes follow exact 62 mm multiples, so project layouts stay clean across horizontal, vertical and flat builds.
Frames are welded from four profiles into a single rigid unit, extruded in 6063-T6 with an anodized finish. Connections run through the D30 hole grid with M26 bolts, using a hand-tightened frame connection workflow.
